Chocolate Factory Tour

Service Description

Your students will learn and see our full manufacturing processes of how our delicious treats are made. Guided by one of our highly knowledgeable 'Tour Guides' they will be educated on the history, cooking processes, manufacturing and packaging of our Nougat, Chocolate and Marshmallow. One of our guides will meet and greet the group at the designated area near the Bus Coach parking. The 'Tour' will then start in our retail shop. Our guide will talk about the history of who we are, where we started to how we have grown to where we are today. They will be visually presented with our multimedia projection video which will show a few short manufacturing processes. Guests will then enter the Factory to see our full manufacturing lines as they walk through the Chocolate & Marshmallow room, Chocolate Panning room, Nougat Cooking Room followed by the Nougat cutting & Packaging room. Our guide will explain each product's cooking and manufacturing process and will be able to answer any questions. Guests will be also able to taste a sample of Chocolate, Marshmallow or/and Nougat throughout the Tour at designated sample stops. (Samples may vary depending on production) Create a bar: Customers will be able to choose which Tempered chocolate they would like (Milk/Dark/White) to be poured into a 'Chocolate Factory' mould, then choose various toppings to be sprinkled over their chocolate. The mould will then be taken to vibrate and will then need time to set, upon finishing your Chocolate Bar will be boxed and personalised, creating your very own 'Create-a-Bar.'
